Art Decor is based in Stockport, Cheshire. The business is owned and run by Mark Hayes. We undertake work throughout Greater Manchester and Cheshire, offering competitive quotations for both large and small painting and decorating contracts. Established in 1997, Art Decor offers a complete range of domestic, commercial and industrial decorating and property repair services.
